  • Unsure if I'm missing something when adding food to fitday.

    Hi All,
    I plan on making the deep fried green beans tonight. Got a taste for fries. Now when I am adding the greenbean to fitday how should I account for the oil I will deep fry them in? I see a "green bean and onion with fat adding during cooking" option but thats still not quite dead on.

    Use the values for raw green beans.

      So I really dont have to worry about the oil its cooked in?

        What Megs said plus you need to add the oil as a seperate food eaten today.

        It's best when using fitday to input the foods in their raw state, but you still need to put them all - in for a fairly accurate reading
