WOOHOO!!!! Introdution Complete and 14 lbs down!!!! I think I am going to stay on Intoduction for a little longer. I also was wondering where you buy those kotisis sticks, and how much they cost?

I get ketosticks at walmart. I'm not sure how much they cost to be honest..under $15 I think. -

Walmart has them for ~$12 for 50 or ~$17.50 for 100.Al - M/56/5'9"

This pic was in 2005, I weighed 372.
This was taken October 2007, I weigh 375.
I was on atkins last year in the early fall and lost about 30 pounds. I obviously gained it back...but I know this is the right diet for me as it works very good. So I am back!Comment
