    Does the 3 cup of salad count as net carbs?

    Hi, in the book mention that I should only eat 20gram of carbs per day, but does the 3 cup salad count as well? Please let me know, thanks.

      Yes, you count the net carbs from all food/drink you take in including your vegetables.
