Hotdogs are tricky because often the manufacturers will put in fillers. Be careful and buy from your local butcher or look for all beef hotdogs without sugar or additives. Also just watch the nitrate intake. I personally enjoy them every once in a while on the grill.

There are some kosher brands (maybe Hebrew National) that don't add sugar. You might want to check them.cheri
