It's the Sugar Free Altoids. I checked the back of this and it says 0 carbs, 0 sugars and it's got Splenda not aspartame. Do you think that is okay to have every now and then. I wouldn't make it a habit of having. I would wait til I would need one. Now they also have the other SF Altoids but that particular box had aspartame in it and I won't be getting that one. Thanks.
