    Hey, maybe I missed it somewhere around here, but how does everyone determine what shall be their "mini-goals"?

    I've been thinking about the baby steps along the way and just wanted your input.

    some people just put them in for every 10 pounds, others have reasons...

    My first mini goal was over 50 pounds away, just cos it would be my lowest weight in 15 years.

      Go for whatever motivates you.

      For me....my first min-goal was to be back down to 225 (i think) which was what I'd gotten down to on my first go-round with Atkins. Then, it was 199 (under 200). Then 185 (my goal).
