  • How much cheese?

    Hi again. More questions How much cheese am I allowed to eat during induction? Is there a maximum (in gram, don't know how much an oz is)?

    imagine 4 dice in a line - that is one oz so you can have 3 to 4 of those!

    i think, though i may be wrong, its about 85-110 grams

      if you look at any typical 'block' of cheese that you'd buy in the dairy aisle at the store (with the eggs, shredded cheese, yogurts, sour cream etc) those blocks are typically 8oz, so what i do is: buy the block of cheese, cut it up into 8 peices (try to make them all equal) and then put them in a little ziplock in the fridge. so each peice will be 1 oz, and you can have 3-4oz a day

        Google "convert" and you enter whatever weight you want and get it in the other measure, you can go grams to oz or the other way. I wanted to find out how many drops there were in a teaŝpoon to measure out liquid green tea extract...60 drops in a teaspoon.
