so, ive been reading up and have established that we want to try for a 65/30/5 ratio. as far as protein goes, i usually eat chicken, turkey burgers homemade, and beef burgers homemade (with or without cheese).
my question has to do with my meal planning. should i be shooting for a specific number of ounces per meal? for example, tomorrow for lunch i was going to have a salad consisting of 2 cups of lettuce (unsure what else i am going to add yet) and then 4oz of turkey burger. is this too little? too much? doesnt matter?
