  • I know this must be a repeat ?

    I'm sorry if this has been asked before. I have lost 22 pounds in 10 weeks. But now I have slowed down to a crawl. Can I go back on the 2 week induction to get kick started.

    where are you up to? what rung are you on?

    How much do you have to lose?

    whats your daily menu like?

    are you drinking your water?

    Are you exercising?

      I was 278 now in at 256. I drink tons of water. I have been eating oat meal in the morning or eggs, salad with chicken for luch and some type of meat and salad for dinner.
      No sugar, flour, etc for 10 weeks or more.

        what rung are you on and how much do you have to lose?

        Oatmeal isnt allowed if youre still on induction

            then you shouldnt be having oatmeal, thats probably why your weight has stopped.

            Have you read the book on how to do this WOE?
