It sounds like we have a lot in common. This is also my 4th day of induction. I am 5'5 and 170 pounds. Although it isn't a huge number, it's enough to really get you down and so much harder to lose than if you weighed alot more. Like you, I'm also quite impatient and want results quickly, otherwise I get discouraged.
That is so awful if people you know are telling you that you are fat - don't they know that is not going to help you, but instead make you want to eat?! I have experienced the opposite - when I got down to my goal weight a couple of years ago, I had everyone telling me how fantastic I looked, which made me feel really bad, like I must have been so disgusting before. So the weight went back on. Weird huh?
It sounds like everyone has given you great tips regarding your eating. I just thought I'd lend some emotional support. Let's both try and stay patient this time so it works!
