  • what to snack on?

    I've started this diet Monday and I have lost 5.5 lbs.
    My question is what can I snack on?

    cheese, cucumber, pepperoni, all sorts of cooked meats - just have them in your fridge, eggs (any style) pork rinds - though watch the salt content,

      Welcome to ADBB, Shelley!

      Anything from the Induction list can be had for a snack. However, if you're looking for specific snacky things, check out the recipe forums. There are TONS of great ideas there. My personal favorites are deviled eggs and cheese "chips".

      I think you'll find that as time goes by, you'll have less and less of an urge to snack. You'll have hungry days, sure, but overall, you're going to be less hungry.
