What stage of Atkins are you in? I think lentils should be ok in the legumes rung or saved for pre-maintenance or maintenance since the carb level is a little higher.
Your body might be affected and give you cravings after eating something off-plan (I assume you are on induction as you have posted in this forum) and probably you will have eaten more carbs than the maximum 20 net carbs.
So be prepared with plenty of induction-legal snacks and food in case you get the 'munchies'!!
The really big deal is to work out why you allowed yourself to eat something not on the allowed list for induction and work out how you are going to make sure you dont do it again!!
