    What's Your Ham Called?

    Hey guys...
    how are you all doing...? Im actually missing my ham!? i dont know what type of ham to buy because im afraid of the sugar!
    so i thought id ask you guys!? where do you buy your ham and what is it called!? Please let me know! I know Safeway has one that its called Forest something... Someone please help!?????

        Boars Head is a good deli meat to get.. I know our Farm Fresh carries it.. They even have a website... There Turkey is to die for..its like eating a fresh baked turkey. There meat doesn't last long cause it doesn't have all the chemicals in it.

            Hormel has come out with deli meats under the name of "Natural Choice". According to the label its "minimally processed" with no nitrates, hormones, ect...has one gram carbs oer 4 slices with 1 gram of "turbinado" sugar which, from what I understand, is a raw unrefined form of sugar.

            The ham and turkey are pretty good.

              While we're at can you eat turbinato suger? It's in all the cold meat.
