I am in need of a diet that DOES lower high blood pressure...I went off my medicine this tuesday and can't decide if I want the DASH DIET or ATKINS. I'm really NOT having much luck with DASH as it is loaded with carbs and I seem to be bloating and spreading. WILL ATKINS Help me? I have lost on it before, (didn't have high blood pressure then)(18lbs worth!)-
