    Is it ok to have sugarfree candy?

    Well, if you are going by the Atkins site and all that jazz after Mr. Atkins passed, then they would probably tell you yes. However, on the we are (hey I said we and I am only on day 4) strictly by the Mr. Atkins version so the answer is no. I am sure later on as you progress through the rungs, you might be able to add a treat with no stall, but most certainly not during induction. Sorry.

      The idea of induction is to get you off the sugar, break that craving. You can't do that when feeding the addiction a substitute. Later, sure! No problem, but until you know you are safe, I wouldn't. It can send you down a crazy path. It also makes you runandpoop.
