I'm on my 10th day of induction...doing really well and showing all the symptoms of ketosis - bad breath, tired, thirsty all the time, etc.
I have done really well so far. I had a small cheat on day 7 but I am back on track and I am back in ketosis.
I think that I have lost a little weight (approx 6 lbs) but I just bought a scale a few days ago, so I don't know my *exact* starting weight but I have lost some. The scale hasn't budged since Weds, though.
However, lately, my belly seems to have gotten ROUNDER and BIGGER. Not a huge difference but enough to cause alarm.
Could I possibly be gaining weight or packing on fat?
The only thing that comes to mind is that I might not be exercising enough. I have just been so incredibly tired and can't bring myself to do so. I do walk approx one mile each day (part of my commute to/from work).
Any idea what's going on here?
