My husband and I have been on the induction diet phase for the last 6 days. The first 3 were the roughest for me. Giving up caffiene caused horrible headaches and we were both extremely tired. However, by day 4 I was feeling better. My husband however still has no energy. Any advice? He recently had surgery so he has phyiscal therapy 2 times a week and it has made it difficult for him to complete his therapy. We are following the rules closely and both exericise. We didn't weigh ourselves per dieting and just weighed for the first time today. I don't believe we have lost any weight though. Could that be from the massive amount of water we are taking? Should we give it another week and then reevaulate to see if the diet is right for us? We have both never dieted, but after 3 kids and laziness we need to get in better shape. Thank you.
