I need help getting started!! I am so lonely and depressed! I am literally hating myself for my failures! I am getting fatter by the minute and can't seem to quit shoveling food in my mouth. I don't know what to do with myself. I want to start my low carbing and make it thru the first week and I know I will feel MUCH better if I do, but I can't seem to even get thru the first day or two! Does anyone have any advice or tips? Some suggestions if you have ever felt this way? I am lost and getting fatter everyday. I don't like myself like this!!!
I am in nursing school too, which makes it even harder. I keep having thoughts like "what if I need carbs for my brain to function??" or "I'm so stressed...I can't do this right now!!
