superose sugar substitute

I bought this stuff from the supermarket today called superose. it's an artificial liquid sweetener. The ingredients are water, sodium saccharin N.F. 2.5% (?), benzoic acid and methyl paraben as preservatives. Everything in the nutrition facts says 0... I know what saccharin is allowed on induction, but I just need to know if this need to be included in my carb count at all, whether it will cause me to stall, side effects, what, if anything i need to watch for.

Oh yeah... I fell off the wagon again we had a death in the family which I took as an excuse to eat all of the no-no's at the memorial service. Its ok though, because I WILL get two weeks of a clean induction out of this. I bought pumpkin, and two kinds of flax seed meal, and everything-free gelatin, and heavy cream, and all kinds of new veggies and I will make it through this. Its not even really that hard. I've been avoiding all of the things that are stallers for people, getting my veggies, and drinking my water and doing my exercise. I just need a little more commitment. So this is day three of my "I'm gonna get two weeks of a clean induction if it kills me". The longest I've gone without cheating was 10 days, and I don't even know how many times I decided to "re-start" I will get it together though guys

saccharin is allowed, but you can only have 3 packets a day max.. the one that stalls you is aspartame ( and caffeine too, btw..) you can do it!! keep it up!! You won't regret. ..
