FYI for those that just can't get rid of the coffe. I am in week 2 and I have lost enough weight to see it for sure. The scale says 8. I cut back by half on the coffee but I traded green tea w/ Splenda for diet coke and was stuck strictly to 20 carbs or less. I am also metobolicly resistent as I have an extremely underactive thyroid and take daily hormones to try to balance.
So you can keep the coffee and still lose the weight.
