Re: hey a few little questions!

Hi Michelle. I use regular red cheddar and grate it myself. Just check the ingrediants to make sure that there is no potato starch hidden in there.
I also love brie or cream cheese.....

Be careful with your lunchmeat too Michelle. Often they shoot it up with all sorts including sugars! I learned not to just check the carb content - often stating 0g or trace - but also check the ingrediants.

    Good luck

A tasty mild cheese I would recommend, and will go good with eggs, is havarti or creme havarti. It's a mild semi-soft Danish cheese, and very low-carb.

I buy a block that is a mix of cheddar and monteray jack that is awesome...I just cut off what I want.

As for hot dogs, there is a brand that is Kosher called, gosh I cannot remember, and it is safe based on the ingredient list.

                    I use fresh-grated cheddar too.

Re: hey a few little questions!

I think American cheese in a block is OK - it is slices of 'processed American cheese food' which is not allowed.
Any hard cheese is OK on induciton.

And watch out for added starch in packs of preshredded cheese - they add it to stop the shreds sticking together.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
