    hello again!! getting sick of me yet? haha, just kidding.

    Me and My friend are accually doing atkins together, I think we are goign to order some chicken wings tonite, i heard they are okay to have on atkins.

    Whats the Limit of wings to eat, and is the Mild Sauce okay?

    chicken wings are fine, however i would opt for plain and make your own sauce as no doubt they add sugar to their sauces!

      Be careful with wings! Many restaurants will add flour to the wings. Order your wings WITHOUT flour, and ask that they only use hot sauce and butter (which is traditional wing sauce) to avoid sugar.

        I made classic Buffalo wings with Tobasco sauce, butter and salt/pepper. Also here's a really good recipe for blue cheese dressing.
