Hi all, maybe you could give me some coping mechanisms before I submit to the carbs.
I've done well so far, seeing as I live with someone who has pizza every lunch without fail and others have ice lollies, etc. I haven't had any cravings but suddenly I feel like fish and chips, hot dogs, burgers, pizza. I know that if I eat anything especially pizza, I would be full after one slice and will feel waful afterwards, so its not worth it, but I can't help the way I feel.
I have started losing weight although it is slow going.
Any tips?
