I have a question about pizza buffet's. If i go to the buffett and only eat the tops of the pizza, would that be bad? I am sure some of the tomato sauce will be eaten, but will that hurt?

It's not horrible, but it isn't the best choice, either. Lots of pizza places also have salads and chicken wings. Call ahead and see if the wings are okay. If you are just dead set on the pizza, make sure to ask about the sugar in the sauce. If it's chock full of it, try to eat as little sauce as you can.
