since its the day b4 the 4th, i went out tonite and the bar was packed...i told my self i wasent goign to drink, over and over, and then my stupid *** was standing at the bar and got a michelob ultra light....then i got a GRAPE vokda and sprite.... after i drank that about 12:00am, i was so mad at myself!! so i just walked home, ( the bar is at the coner of my street) And i just downed 2 waters i have 2 more too go..

Just keep drinking the water and get back on track. At least you didn't say to heck with it and stay there drinking all night. Dust yourself off and start new in the morning. We all have our moments, just learn from it and make a better plan for next time.Caryl

Good for you for not letting one little slip turn into a whole big binge. Keep drinking that water and look to the future. You'll know now to tell people what you want before they go ahead and order for you!

Like said above...at least you haven't turned it into a binge fest! Keep glugging your water...evenmore so in the next few days.

And dont bother to use the ketosticks for the next day or so to see if you are still in ketosis as they will register the acetones in your urine (given off by your body burning the alcohol as a preferred fuel) as if they are ketones and still show coulour whether you have been knocked out of ketosis or not.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
