I've really tried to like Jello, I just can't. I would much rather just have the whipped cream. And it has to be fresh whipped and not from a can.

        Re: jello and whip cream

If you are eating Jello, be sure it the premade tubs made with Splenda. Oh, and make sure you are eating either sugar free whipped cream or whipping it yourself at home.

But, and I have to say it, if you are on Induction, you shouldn't be eating it at all. Induction is a time to tame that sweet tooth!

I don't remember Dr. Atkins saying no sugar-free jello on induction -- as long as it's sweetened with Splenda, rather than aspartame...

I could be wrong, though. Anyone know the page in the book?

I love sugar-free jello! I make it myself; I don't buy it ready made.

I love how it jiggles in the bowl -- just like when I was a kid...

I didn't know there was a Jello produce made without aspartame. I thought they all had it. Where do you find it with Splenda?

I get it down the baking isle, already made with splenda. It's with the pre-made puddings.

Actually Dr Atkins didnt mention sugarfree Jello at all in DANDR!!
                What he did say was
And for dessert, have assorted cheeses or flavored gelatin made with sucralose and topped with whipped heavy cream
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
