I thought that sugar free jello was ok for induction. I am sure someone with more experience will be able to answer better. But I think I read sugar free jello and heavy whip cream are ok. I loaned my book to my sister n law or I would check.Female

I am not sure why is stalls people, but I know that it can. Plus, who wants to put chemicals into their body when they are getting healthy! If you look at Linda's site, she tells how to make "jello" without needing Jello brand.

Like Kelly said, it's the aspartame in the jello that can stall some people, though not all. Check out that link that Deb provided--it's quite easy to make gelatin "from scratch" and a heck of a lot cheaper!
