I can not belive it. I have been so proud of myself no cheats and not even a want to cheat really. And then this morning I was making Cinnamon Rolls for the kids and got some icing on my fingers and without even thinking bam I licked me fingers. The instant I tasted it I started spiting it out, but I am sure the damage was already done. How bad do you think this will set me back?

Re: Stupid Stupid Me
It won't unless you literally ate the icing! forget about it! Just try to be more in tune of what you are doing, especially when you're cooking for others, it's so easy to lick those fingers as we've done it for years! Just have an extra glass of water and stick to your guns!30/F/5'6"

Re: Stupid Stupid Me
There's a big difference between cheating, and accidentally ingesting something! I made the mistake last week of taking some chewing gum without thinking when I was offered some at work last week. It was sugar free but was sweetened with Aspartame. It just totally didn't register that chewing gum would have carbs in it!
Don't beat yourself up over this! You're still cheat free in my book, and like discolemonade said, just drink lots of water and you'll be fine! It's not like you sat there eating it out of the bowl!
