Hey everyone~ I know that this WOE works and I know that the first few days are the worse....but this is the first day and I can't even seem to make myself exercise. I am sooo tired! What did everyone do on their first few days when they were exhausted? Just not exercise till this tiredness passes? I am exhausted!!!

If you work out at a gym, go down there and start doing your favourite excercise with 100% effort, then decide whether to carry on or go home. If you still feel like you don't have the energy, forget about it and go home. 9 times out of 10 you'll finish your workout, because you're already there, the endorphins are being released and you might as well finish what you've started.
If you don't go to a gym, just go for a walk around the block. Sometimes just getting out of the house wakes me up a bit.
The tiredness will most likely stop around day 3 or 4. I felt really rough for the first 2 days, but since then I've had loads of energy, and feeling great on 6-7 hours of sleep a day (including 12 hour shifts at work). You will too, just tough it out for now
