its easy peasy!
though i cant work out the percentages on your fit day, what are they at? you trying to get fat up? if so if you cook a meat or a veggie, cook it in butter, you'll be amazed what a coupla tblspns can do to your percentages!HW 303Aug '04 SW-287 LW-232Restart - Apr 07 - SW 266 CW 225

Yeah, Discolemonade....that's actually what I shoot for.Originally posted by DiscolemonadeMy fat is always around 70% and I haven't experienced any issues....
I don't get as hungry if I keep my fat at 70%.
Today I thought I had near perfection. I put in all of my info and it was fat 70%, carb 5% and protein 25%. Woohoo........I feel great!

Re: DAY 2 "MAN ITS HARD TO GET MY FAT AT 65%"
Looks as if you have gont the hang of it
Don't get too worried by the percentages though. The often quoted 65/30/5 are numbers arrived at by an analysis of the menus given in the book and are not set in stone. It is one of those YMMV (your mileage may very) things too, some members do better with a higher fat % than the 65%.
There is a great sticky thread discussing how to increase or decrease the fat you eat.
http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ad.php?t=17102Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
