Eat, eat, eat....please eat more. This is a way of living where you should eat legal food when you are hungry. First, drink 8 oz. of water to make sure it is hunger...they feel the same to most people. Then, if you are still hungry...EAT! Always remember to eat legal and eat.

Steak, pork chops, lamb chops, chicken wings, chicken drumsticks, tuna, cod, haddock, plaice, skate, sole, swordfish, shrimp, veal, venison, duck, turkey etc.!

PS: Just looked at your fitday - ditch the soda, the caffeine & sweeteners are messing up your blood sugar which is making you hungry.

garwil is right you should probably drop the pop if you can, it can cause cravings and stalls. don't quit! if you made it through the first day, you can make it through today. just drink a glass of water as suggested by lindseyd. if that doesn't work get a can of tuna or fry up a hamburger. whatever you do don't give up.

I can't help you with the soft drink but I can recommend frying whatever possible with butter (unless you really don't like it).
Whatever I fry with butter fills me up in no time and easily lasts for 3 hours or more.
I also find that I'm less hungry when I cook something that's not done quickly.
Seems spending time in the kitchen (without snacking) makes the hunger go away
Another thing I try to do is combine my veggie portions with eggs or meat, so I don't have to use as many veggies to feel satisfied as I would have to if it's veggies only.
That way they last through the day.
Anyway, as everyone else said already, eat when you are hungry ( I make meatballs that can easily be eaten cold and taste yummy).
I hope you can work it out and stick to the plan, in a few days it'll get easier
