end of day 3 and In Ketosis..Could it be?

I cannot believe it! I am showing a small trace of pink/purple on those lil sticks ...........Could i be in the beginnings of Ketosis???
I am struggling today with a lingering headache..woke up with one and struggled to lose it all day. Induction Flu??

Absolutely! Most people do end up in ketosis by day three. Isn't it great?! Oh, and there really isn't a "beginnings" when it comes to ketosis. It's kind of like pregnancy, you either is or you isn't.

Headache is definately a symptom of Induction flu! I had a killer one for 4 days straight. Hopefully, your headache won't last that long. Hang in there, you're going to feel so much better before long!
