i cannot get the kick of energy, got the stank breath, ketone strips are purple, loss of appitite, but i am always tired, never used to sleep untill one oclock, but now i can do it no problem, my walking has been harder in the last couple of days, i take a one a day mens health every day, usually under 10 carbs a day, i eat some veggies but not a lot, i just dont know why i am so tired all the time.
i wake up, take my dog for a hour walk, then lay in my bed untill i have to go to work, but at work, i have been working really hard and sweating a lot in the kitchen. man i love endless wings and a tray of bacon to snack on, mmmmm
can some one help me, i am doing some research on different vitamins right now

You're supposed to be eating 2c of salad veggies, 1c other veggies. Those should help give you some energy... Other than that, it could be induction flu, and pass... Are you drinking your water (plus more if you're getting all sweaty at work)??
