    Ok so should i start at my very next meal or wait for tomorrow?

    I'd say next day since you need to stick to 20 carbs a day....and need to stay on the legal list of foods.

      Dana Carpender said that one CAN actually change their diet in the middle of eating a bag of potato chips. So, just choose a starting point that you are likely to stick with.

            I would agree with the 'Start Now' opinion, and whenever you decide to start dont have a 'last supper' of all those carbs you intend to give up!!

            Better to eat Atkins tonight and get your body started on that fatburning while you sleep!!

              I was going to suggest the same thing so IF you even "accidently" faulter or jump off the wagon, you'll know NOT to wait until "tomorrow" or "Monday" or "New Years Day".
