I would agree with the 'Start Now' opinion, and whenever you decide to start dont have a 'last supper' of all those carbs you intend to give up!!
Better to eat Atkins tonight and get your body started on that fatburning while you sleep!!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
