Re: "the fat fast"
It's for those who are metabolically resistant. How do you know if you're metabolically resistant? If you complete a 2-week induction and DO NOT lose pounds or inches, then you are.
If you lose ANY weight or inches on induction, you are not resistant, and a fat fast would be dangerous, because you would lose weight too rapidly.START 8/16/06 @ 270+~MG1: 220-12/2/06~MG2: 210-1/07~MG3: 199-3/2/07~MG4: 190-4/27/07~MG5: 180-7/04/07~GOAL: 170

Re: "the fat fast"
it's a program dr. atkins refined based off of two drs from britain. basically it is 90% fat, low carbs. it's for people who have a high resistance to losing weight. you do it for 3-5 days. consisting of 5 200 calorie meals totalling 1000calories for the day. suggestions in the book are: one ounce macadamia nuts (one meal) one ounce tuna or chicken salad w/ 2 tsp mayo (one meal) two deviled eggs made w/ 2 tps of mayo (one meal). google it's called the fat fast or atkins fat fast.
