My diet consists of decaf or reg w/ half and half and 5 splenda's in the morning and a lot of cheese and a little meat. Also I throw in Pepsi's ones frequently. I don't really like meat too much, I love cheese and sour cream and my coffee drink. Keeping this diet up, will I lose weight or do I have to cut out most this stuff and just eat meat for 2 weeks? (I don't like veggies either) Real healthy I know, but it makes me happy.

Well I think you need to read the book. This WOE is about changing eating habits and creating healthier lifestyles. Your current diet seems very unhealthy and I would be afraid if you keep it up without fiber you are gonna be blocked up. Please read the book and follow it and you will lose weight and be healthier.Female

Your listing of your menu does not really give a true picture of what you are eating, so no-one can really advise you what to do to lose weight, except for what fatty mcfatison suggested - read the rules and work out a menu from the allowed list to give you the best chance of becoming a loser.

i've been doing atkins lil over 5 months lost 43 pounds or lil more. At 1st i cut out ALL coffee. I always had cheese BUT not everyday not large amounts 1-2 oz. I re-added REAL non decaf coffee about 2 weeks ago. I drink 2 cups with one packet of splenda and 1-2 tbs of heavy cream. Coffee has not caused a weight loss stall for me i enjoy the extra energy also. I have heard several places to limit splenda to 3 packs or less a day. 5 packs per cup """"""""TO ME """""""sounds like a whole lot i only consume 5 packs in 3 days or more. If it's not causing you a issue i can only quess it's fine for you. The book is a importnant tool to have in making Atkins a life long way of eating.
