i need Snack Suggestions for a Grandma on the Go! i work the Very Early shift at work - 5am to 1:30pm - so i get a Break at 7am another Break at 9am and Lunch at 10:30am (i try to eat Salad or Veggies with Meat - but at 10:30?) i try to eat Breakfast around 3am because i leave for work around 4am... and the Break, Break, Lunch thing is kinda confusing but i am gonna work it somehow!
