  • Cheese during induction

    Hi Im wondering if its ok to eat Monteray Jack and pepper jack cheese during induction.

    All aged cheeses are allowed during Induction. The aged cheeses can be hard (like Parmesan or Asiago), firm (like cheddar), semi soft (like mozzarrella) or soft (like Brie or cream cheese). The only cheeses not allowed are the "fresh cheeses", like cottage cheese or ricotta.

      What about cream cheese? I love it an wondered if there is something I should be watching out for when eating it?

        Yep, cream cheese, too. Just be on gaurd and not go over your 3 ounces.
