    Ok, so here is my weight loss in one week:
    I followed the ANA approach strictly, no coffee, no tea, minimized my splenda use, and exercised daily.

    pounds lost: 3.5
    body fat percentage lost: 0.8% ( wow!)
    BMI: 27.8

    I still have around 30 pounds to lose to reach my target, but I am going to take it one day at a time. I am going to enjoy my food, exercise 6 days a week ( I love it!) and weigh myself once every week. This time I AM GOING TO REACH MY TARGET!

      Well, I must have blinked...I read in your other post you'd be posting your weight tomorrow.

      Those are great stats!! You're doing a fine job with this way of eating for life
