    Induction Update

    Ok well five days into induction and I've already lost 3lbs. Woot!! I've also been walking for 35 minutes everyday and I feel great. Its amazing the change in how my body feels. Im stoked!!!

      Congratulations, Luv! Isn't it wonderful. This is my second time around but I don't remember feeling this good the first time around It looks like you have about as much to lose as I do. I've lost 20 pounds so far and still have about 100 to go. I'm going to make it this time!

          F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
