I am not entirely new to this diet. I did it back in '03 with great, I mean great, results. I can't remember how much I lost and how fast, but I know it was fast and I was 130 in no time. I am almost at my heaviest at this time and I want to get back down as quickly as possible. I have a cruise in two months and hopefully by then I would have lost at least 10 pounds.
I will work toward a "clean" induction. I am worried about the "flu" and the withdrawals. I am on medications that make me resistant to losing weight, but I plan on fighting my hunger pains. I am hoping that the my new diet will help me with that as well.
I really am excited about finding this board. I loved the before and after pics. Very motivating!
I shall be here everyday I can be and continue to read the posts for inspiration and to address my questions.

Make sure you have lots of 'legal' food prepared and available for when you are hungry so you can eat and stay on plan!!
