Im really discouraged because I have not cheated once and I can't see or notice any weight loss. What should I do ???

did you measure and weigh at the start? some people just lose inches, which is of course GREAT!
why dont you post a menu so we can nosey over it and see if your doing something wrong?
most of all dont get discouraged, the weight will come off it just takes patience!
how much do you have to lose?

Ditto what Emma said. Do tell us some more about yourself... current weight, goal weight, age, etc.
Some people don't lose during induction, but if they stick to plan, get to goal just the same.
If you're losing inches, sooner or later the scales will catch up... unless you've added a lot of exercise in and so are making muscle. That's a good thing. Muscle is denser than fat... I mean a lb of muscle is "smaller" than a lb of fat but they both weigh a pound... so muscle weight is terrific!
Hang in there, don't get discouraged. If in a little while you still don't see results, post a menu or two in the "Review my Menu" forum. Sometimes it's just a little thing that needs tweaking.

Sally is right - not all losers have big induction losses
One of our former admins lost nothing on induction but started to lose when she moved to OWLWondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
