Hey, I'm on my sixth day of induction. I was doing ok until yesterday--I went to a restaurant with some friends and figured I was safe with a gyro, hold the pita, sauce, and tomatoes. Afer I ate, however, I felt weird and light-headed. When I got home, I went online and found out that some people use breadcrumbs as filler in the gyro. (My grandma, originally from Greece and an amazing cook would be horrified--I thought I was safe because I've helped her make gyros many times and the only things we used were meat and herbs.)
Anyway, as I've consumed who knows how many carbs--what do I do now? Just continue with induction? I'm going to work out extra today, hopefully that will help?
