hi, i'm going to give it another try. i read my book over the weekend. i went shopping for salad fixins' for lunch. i normally top with a serving of feta and this greek dressing, YUMMO! i did a clean induction a while ago and lost 5 pounds, not a big loss, but a loss is a loss. i have to admit that i've stopped drinking. (i don't think that i had a problem, but what do i know). i haven't had any vodka or rum with diet cola for over 30 days. i'm going to post my menu's during the week and my work outs, so feel free to comment. any and all SUPPORT is and always will be appreciated. i don't see what my problem is. i'm allowed to have wings, they are my favorite things to eat. i love them roasted, boiled and hot wing style. anything sweet is my addiction, that's where i fail. i'm going to post every day and i'll also add my measurements, YIKES! last, no getting on the scale every day. i'm weighing tomorrow morning, will weight again 14 days later, so that would be on the 19th. sorry for the rant and thanks for reading.
