  • -8 LBS for 1st week of Induction, Water???

I just wanted to share the news. I'm down to 181.9 from 190 after my first week of Induction! I'm very happy about the results! I have had someone tell me a lot must be water weight. Does anyone know about how much should be water?

    Good luck!

Good job- i'd say the same thing, that weight is weight. Anything over a pound a day sounds good to me

Yep, a lot of it is water. Water that your body was hanging on to for some reason, which made you bloated and feel crappy.

When your body released the water this week, the water brought with it all sorts of gunky stuff because you were cleansing your system in ketosis.

So celebrate! You've probably been carrying it around for a long, long time!
        Start date: 7/29/2007

Tape Measure: I've lost 42.5 inches as of 3/15/2008

        Mini goals:
        215 - met 9/10/07
        205 - met 10/17/07
        195 - met 2/20/08
        180

        I survived a two-month stall!
