  • Who's 1st day is today?

    Hello.. I have been haveing troble getting on track! I know it works I have done it before. I am 162, my goal weight is 120, 42 lbs to lose! I have been as low as 147. I know I can do this and with the suport of all you lovely people I will do this. I am stating at my next meal! Lunch I am having a salad with italian dressing and a steak tip. Dinner chicken breast and a veggie! Help me with this I know I can do it!

      Thank you.. if I keep checking in here I tend to stay on track better, I need to find myw ill power I had a few years ago! My goal is to drop all weight this year! No making this damn weight loss thing go on forever! I hate how I look, I hate how I feel, and I hate how the clothes feel. So ti is time to make a change and with everyone here it can be done!

          Hey there, way to go and getting started right away. I find it's easier to keep on track when I come here and check in, it's very motivating! I'm also trying to think in terms of one day at a time instead of "the rest of my life". I can't do anything about the future, but I can do something right now, this minute, so that's what I'm trying to concentrate on. It seems to be working and really helps.
