    The 7th marked 1 week since i started induction and ive already lost 15lbs I feel incredible right now. Im goin to try and not weigh myself for the next week since I was weighing myself everyday the past week lol

      Weigh to go Keep up the good work!

            I know I said I wasnt goin to weigh my self for the rest of the week but I did anyway lol lost another 2lbs. As far as my menu I dont eat alot cause since I started the diet I just never feel like eating, I basically just eat 2 meals a day lunch and dinner and all I have is a small salad with some cucumbers mixed in and maybe a cheese burger (without the bun of course) For dinner its pretty much the same thing except I will have a steak. I know my menu is pretty lame and its getting old fast but its all I got until I can come up with some new ideas for food lol
