I was not sure what broccoli sprouts were so googled for a pic and found this
so assuming that is what you mean, then I would say 'yes' as other sprouted seeds are on the list as also is the fullgrown broccoli. I would think of them as being 'salad vegetables' and therefore on the 2-3 cup list.
