Any recipies for someone without an oven?

I have read about some really great recipie ideas, only problem i have id i dont have an oven as i am living in South Korea currently and it seems they're not as popular over here,

The main recipies i would like to be able to do, are the bread-like rolls and the wraps using the eggs and cream-cheese, does anyone know how or if its possible to make these in the microwave or using a pan??

Any idea or other foods an oven isnt neccessary for id love to hear about.

i rarely cook anything in an oven, i always fry all my meats!

have you tried www.genaw.com? i think most her recipes arent with an oven!

I make a microwaved bread using ground flax (linseed in UK) and sometimes make it in small dishes instead of a larger container so I have several buns.
The recipe is in the lowcarb recipes database on this board - link in my signature and look under 'M' for microwaved or search for 'Flax'
