I cant find alot of meat without carbs msot of it has some is it ok if it has very little? Also can you have sugar free jello?

The meat with carbs that you are looking at is probably pre-packaged meats cured with all types of sugar n such.
Head for the meat dept. and get some fresh! Thats the way to go!Comment

Meat with no carbs? steaks, hamburger, pork chops,fish, chicken.......the stuff you have to cook not the premarinated or freezer pre cooked stuff.Start Date 1/15/07

yep, those meats have got to be pre-seasoned meats and hamburgers...I can't find pre-made hamburgers here that don't have carbs (they seem to use starch or smthg like that in them), so I have to buy everything fresh and unprepared and then make it from the scratch.
Well, that's part of atkins for me now, it's annoying some nights when I really don't wanna cook but at least I know what I'm eating
Date to reach goal: I don't care, as long as it happens :P
